    Very decent free breakfast.

Concierge staff screwed up booking, charging an extra $150~ dollars and could not resolve the issue at checkout. I will have to call a manager tomorrow to get credited back the mistake. They assured me they called a taxi for me twice over 2 hours (taxis take 15 minutes to showup) and in fact had not. Shared facilities were dirty (un-hygenic) and poorly maintained.

It was the very end of September in Denver. When we arrive at our room it was a little chili. I called and asked how to turn the heat up? We don't have the heat on she replied. I figured we could just take the cigarette hole filled sheets off of the other bed if we needed to..... Well we needed to. It was absolutely freezing cold that night. We could see our breath when we woke. Obviously the owners don't have half a brain. Besides that our bath tub was straight out of a third world country. Didn't use it.

The room that my daughter and I stayed in had exterior entry way. As we walked up the stairway, outside there were 3 men standing on the balcony staring at us. That made us very uncomfortable. After the event and we were in our room, after 11:00pm there was a great deal of arguing going on, they a gun shot from down in the parking lot went off. We were both very frightened and we did call the cops. They made a sweep of the parking lot, but by the time they got there everyone was gone. Needless to say it was a very frightening night with very little sleep. I would never stay there again

I liked the location of the hotel and the breakfast was lovely.

It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I was appauled! I came with a cold and wanted to heat a cup of hot water for tea and the coffee maker was full of mold. The carpets were horrible and the bathroom was disgusting. When I called to ask the front desk for a new coffee maker she was not willing to even do that. She wanted to completely change the room. As I was not welll, I declined. I would never stay there again and I tell everyone what a dive it was. Not a nice place to stay.

    They had a room available

Old and run down, little maintence, floors were dirty, carpets had not been cleaned in a very long time, my socks were black on the bottom from walking in room. Paint was peeling everywhere in bathroom, sheets were so thin I could see the mattress print under it, maid didn't bother to pick up bottles left by the prior guest.

Convience to downtown Denver and Football Stadium

Bathroom ceiling was in need of repair, coffee maker didn't work, no record of reservations when we got there.

The location wasn't bad. Just a short cab ride to anywhere in the downtown area.

I understand this is a budget-friendly hotel but the place was falling apart. As soon as you got off the elevator on our floor there was a framed picture with broken glass, the ceiling in our room was crumbling and was falling on the beds and floor, and the shower curtain had holes in it.

    Good

We went to the csu-cu football game at Sports Authority Field in Denver on Sat. We could walk to the game from our hotel. Super!

It was a trash hotel. Peeling ceilings, wall paper (take the danged stuff down). And there was a fan that ran the entire time we stayed; which made sleep difficult. And given we did not have control of the fan/AC in our own room (knobs were removed), made for a very long, long night.

    Very good

The breakfast was great fo a free meal. Nice and hot!

The rooms did not have Queen size beds and trying to share a double was a struggle.

    Very good

The rooms were clean but they were still dirty! cobwebs in all the corners. The room itself was okay but the building is very old and in need of repair and remodeling.

The lady who was working the graveyard shift was a sweetheart and ery helpful

The day manager. he was ery rude and condensending. he was helpful (or so he played the part as if he would be) in front of other guest, howeer the minute he was asked to follow thru on his "helpfulkness" he became a complete immuture jerk with attitude as if he was bothered by his guest and then his in the back office! Please, corporate america knows how to hand the title of a manager to the proper person! What the heck happened here and why is this 12yr old in thiat position?
